Fundraising and investor relations
Financial planning and budgeting
Compliance and due diligence
Treasury and cash flow management
Financial reporting and analytics

This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with strong startup finance exposure and expertise in strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & Investor Relations
Lead fundraising initiatives through:
Equity
Debt
Grants
Strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with:
Investors
Banks
Financial institutions
Prepare:
Investor pitch decks
Financial models
Supporting documentation
Manage investor communication and reporting
2. Due Diligence & Compliance
Handle financial due diligence during:
Fundraising
M&A activities
Audits
Ensure compliance with:
Companies Act
Income Tax Act
FEMA
GST regulations
Coordinate with:
Auditors
Legal teams
Compliance teams
Implement governance and internal controls
3. Financial Planning & Strategy
Develop long-term financial strategies
Prepare:
Annual budgets
Forecasts
Variance analysis
Support management with:
Strategic decisions
Cost optimization
Risk assessment
Track financial KPIs and business scalability metrics
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage:
Working capital
Liquidity
Fund utilization
Optimize operational cash flow
Negotiate:
Banking facilities
Credit lines
Vendor financing
5. Accounting & Reporting
Supervise:
Monthly closing
Quarterly closing
Annual financial closing
Present:
MIS reports
Financial dashboards
Performance reports to management
Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
Experience
2–3 years in managerial/lead finance roles
Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
Technical Skills
Fundraising and investor relations
Due diligence and audit handling
Financial modelling and valuation
Corporate finance and taxation
Regulatory compliance knowledge
Experience with:
