Finance Executive – Banking & Insurance Operations

Qualification: MBA / M.Com
Experience: 1–3 years mandatory
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
Manage bank limits and term-loan repayments
Coordinate with banks for financial activities
Handle current accounts and net-banking operations
Manage agreements and renewals
Ensure compliance related to:
CRISIL
LEI
IEC
Manage insurance renewals, coverage, MIS updates and claims
Submit insurance declarations and distribute policy copies
Maintain proper documentation and records
Report to the Finance Manager
Participate in meetings and support cross-functional activities
Maintain 5S and Go Green standards
Candidate Profile
MBA / M.Com
1–3 years of relevant experience mandatory
Strong knowledge of Finance and banking operations
Good coordination and documentation skills
