The Yarn Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing and selling rotor-spun yarn to knitted fabric manufacturers. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, technical support, sales growth, market expansion, and coordination with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach knitted fabric manufacturers and buyers.
Generate new business opportunities in the knitting industry.
Acquire new customers and expand the client base.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing.
Close sales to achieve business targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Knitting mills
Garment manufacturers
Textile retailers
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Product Promotion
Promote rotor-spun yarn suitable for knitted fabric production.
Demonstrate product features and applications.
Explain yarn specifications and advantages.
Technical Support
Provide guidance on:
Yarn count
Yarn blends
Yarn twist
Rotor yarn applications
Recommend suitable yarns based on customer requirements.
Order Management
Coordinate with production teams for order execution.
Ensure order accuracy.
Monitor timely delivery of customer orders.
Resolve order-related issues.
Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis.
Identify emerging market trends.
Explore business opportunities in knitting hubs.
Suggest new market expansion strategies.
Production Coordination
Coordinate with:
Production department
Quality department
Ensure customer specifications are fulfilled.
Communicate product improvement requirements.
Documentation
Maintain records of:

Required Qualifications
Education
Diploma in Textile Technology
Degree in Textile Technology
Degree in Marketing
Related discipline
Experience
3–5 years in yarn marketing.
Experience in selling yarn to the knitting industry is preferred.
