Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Functional Analysis & Productization initiatives for ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping ERP product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, handling customer relationships, and ensuring successful ERP implementations.

This role requires strong expertise in Finance and HRMS domains along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis & Productization
Conduct detailed functional analysis and convert business requirements into scalable ERP product features.
Lead productization initiatives to transform concepts into robust ERP modules.
Align business requirements with technical implementation strategies.
ERP Implementation Management
Oversee the complete ERP implementation lifecycle.
Ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions within timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with development and implementation teams for seamless execution.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage:
Internal Teams
Client Stakeholders
Product Roadmaps
Lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Product Demonstration
Deliver effective customer demos and presentations.
Gather customer feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience as:
ERP Developer
ERP Implementor
Application Software Developer
Domain Expertise

Strong functional knowledge in:

Finance
HRMS
Technical Skills

Good understanding of:

Databases
Development Frameworks
Modern Software Tools
ERP Systems & Workflows
Professional Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience handling customer engagements and ERP implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience managing ERP product roadmaps and functional delivery.
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
