Job Summary

GSH Utilities Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Electrical Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of a 42 TPH Coal-Fired AFBC Boiler and associated utility systems at the Apollo Tyres plant in Kerala. The role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong electrical fundamentals and are willing to learn industrial utility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Boiler Technician in the safe and efficient operation of the 42 TPH AFBC Boiler.
Perform operation and maintenance of:
Air Compressors
Ash Handling System
Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
Electrical Motors
Monitor plant equipment and record operating parameters in daily log sheets.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Maintain electrical equipment including motors, MCC panels, transformers, compressors, and plant lighting systems.
Support plant startup, shutdown, and annual maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and assist in breakdown maintenance.
Report equipment failures, safety incidents, and abnormal operating conditions.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for uninterrupted plant performance.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
ITI Electrician / Wireman
B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates with industrial electrical maintenance experience are preferred.

Salary
₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
