About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer (PCB Design Engineer) with expertise in hardware design, PCB development, and analog/digital electronics to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performance electronic solutions that meet international quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware Design with a strong focus on Analog and Digital Electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital circuits for AI-enabled industrial products.
Develop hardware schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using EDA tools.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and functional safety teams to develop integrated hardware solutions.
Perform hardware testing, validation, debugging, and documentation.
Optimize hardware designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust hardware operation under varying environmental and operating conditions.
Review PCB layouts for thermal performance, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
Support FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) activities with the Functional Safety team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EMI/EMC, thermal management, and electrical testing.
Stay current with emerging electronic components, technologies, and design methodologies.
