Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0 – 6 Years
Qualification: ITI / DME / Production Engineering or equivalent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Operation

Configure and operate CNC-controlled Wire EDM / Sinker EDM machines

Programming

Develop and edit G-code programs using CAD/CAM software

Precision Machining

Manufacture intricate, high-tolerance components for tooling and molds

Quality Inspection

Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ensure components meet technical drawing specifications

Maintenance

Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, wire replacement, troubleshooting)

Electrode Handling

Fabricate and maintain electrodes for sinker EDM operations
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of CNC/EDM machines
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Attention to detail and precision
