Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Conduct cold calls and follow up with customer leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company solutions/services.
Close contracts and achieve assigned monthly sales quotas.
Record and report sales activities and customer/competitor information in CRM.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, renewals and upselling opportunities.
Analyze client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through various marketing channels.

Desired Experience

Digital marketing knowledge preferred:
SEO
PPC
Social Media
Content Marketing
Web Development
App Development
E-commerce Services
Experience in high-volume telecalling/sales, including inbound and outbound calls.
Experience identifying prospective customers through different marketing channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Internet-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
