Educational Qualification
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
3–5 Years of relevant experience in Tool Design.
Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tool Design Engineer with expertise in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) tool design. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and engineering skills, along with hands-on experience in SolidWorks and Siemens NX for tooling design and development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) tools.
Create and modify 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks and Siemens NX.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and production efficiency.
Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to support tooling development.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement engineering improvements.
Maintain design documentation in accordance with company standards.
Required Skills
Strong technical, logical, engineering, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in:
SolidWorks
Siemens NX
Experience in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) Tool Design.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Strong drawing reading and interpretation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
