## About the Role

Bluekode Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth by promoting training programs, handling student inquiries, and building relationships with clients and institutions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound:

* Calls
* Emails
* Walk-in inquiries
* Convert leads into student admissions.
* Build relationships with:

* Students
* Colleges
* Corporate clients
* Develop and implement business growth strategies.
* Maintain records of:

* Calls
* Leads
* Follow-ups
* Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to achieve targets.

## Requirements

* Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* 1–2 years of experience in:

* Business Development
* Sales
* Customer Relations
* Basic computer knowledge and presentation skills.
* Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
