We are looking for a skilled CNC / VMC Operator cum Setter with strong programming knowledge and hands-on machining experience to join our production team.

📍 Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Location: In-person
🔧 Role Overview:

Responsible for operating, setting, and optimizing CNC/VMC machines to ensure precision manufacturing and improved productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC / VMC machines
Work with G-code & M-code programming
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform fixture setting and tool offset setting
Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters
Optimize cycle time and improve production efficiency
Handle precision components with tight tolerances
Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments
Troubleshoot machining issues independently
Follow preventive maintenance and safety practices
🛠️ Required Skills:
Experience with Fanuc control systems
Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance control
Proficiency in using instruments:
Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Bore dial gauge
Height gauge
Strong problem-solving ability
Good understanding of shop floor discipline and safety standards
