₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Operation
Operate CNC Turning machines based on job instructions
Load raw materials and run machining operations
Monitor production cycle times and output
Ensure smooth machine operation with minimal downtime
2. In-Process Inspection

Use measuring instruments such as:

Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Bore gauge
Height gauge
Plug/thread gauges

Additional duties:

Check critical dimensions as instructed
Report quality issues or dimensional deviations immediately
3. Tool & Machine Monitoring
Monitor tool wear, coolant levels, and tool breakage
Inform setters/tool room for insert or tool replacement
Avoid unauthorized machine parameter changes
Maintain machine cleanliness and chip-free work area
4. Documentation & Reporting
Record production and inspection details in logs or ERP
Maintain inspection records
Provide proper shift handover updates
Qualifications
Education
10th Pass (Mandatory)
ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical preferred
CNC operation training is an added advantage
Experience
1–4 years of experience in CNC Turning operations
Experience in precision machining, aerospace, medical, or engineering components preferred
Required Skills
Basic CNC turning knowledge
Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
Good observation and accuracy
Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn
