About the Role

GreenMech Automation is seeking skilled CNC professionals with experience in CNC turning and milling operations. The role involves machine setup, programming, tooling preparation, and precision quality inspection based on engineering drawings and customer tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and program CNC machines
Prepare tooling, fixtures, and work offsets
Develop and modify G-code and M-code programs
Read and interpret 2D machining drawings and specifications
Perform dimensional inspection using:
Vernier calipers
Micrometers
Precision measuring instruments
Ensure surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and production efficiency
Handle VMC and CNC Turning Centers
Maintain machine condition and follow safety procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years in CNC operation, setting, or programming
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Fanuc controls
Understanding of:
Tool offsets
Coordinates
Speeds & feeds
Ability to operate VMC and CNC Turning Centers
CNC programming knowledge preferred
Education
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade preferred
