We are looking for a skilled CNC / VMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. Candidates with hands-on machining experience and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

📍 Job Details:
Location: Veerapandi Pirivu, Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Qualification: B.E (Mechanical) / Diploma
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Notice Period: Immediate or within 1 week
🔧 Role Overview:

Responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce precision machined parts while ensuring quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify material availability and required documents before production
Check machine programs, offsets, and previous part reports
Load components and perform machining as per program
Conduct first-piece inspection and approval
Perform routine inspection and 100% visual checks
Maintain batch manufacturing records and production logs
Monitor daily production and meet output targets
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
Prepare backup tools and track tool consumption
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Handover production status to the next shift

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Experience with inspection tools and quality checks
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
