Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator / Setter to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning Centres, along with a strong understanding of engineering drawings, tooling selection, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC Turning Centres.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, cutting speeds, and feeds based on the material being machined.
Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure component quality.
Assemble machined components and verify proper functionality.
Remove burrs and swarf through chamfering and wire brushing.
Complete work order documentation and maintain CNC program records.
Set up and operate automatic saw machines.
Support other production activities to ensure smooth factory operations.
Required Qualifications
ITI Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating turning centres.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.
Experience in tooling selection, fixturing, and quality inspection.
Strong numerical and literacy skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience in CNC machine programming and setup.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work Day Shift or Night Shift.
