Job Title: CNC Operator / Setter
Location: Anna Silai, Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: ITI Machinist / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: As per market standards
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Saturday
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC Turning Centers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
Perform first-off inspection and ensure machined parts meet quality standards.
Assemble components and verify correct operation.
Chamfer and wire-brush components to remove swarf and burrs.
Complete work-order documentation and maintain CNC programs.
Set and operate automatic saws.
Perform other production activities required for smooth factory operations.
Required Skills
Previous experience in CNC turning programming, setting, and operation.
Knowledge of tooling and fixturing selection.
Understanding of machining parameters and materials.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Experience with inspection and quality checking.
Good numerical and technical understanding.
