Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning Centers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, selecting tooling and machining parameters, and ensuring high-quality production through accurate inspection and process control.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC Turning Centers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, cutting speeds, and feeds based on the material being machined.
Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Assemble machined components and verify proper functionality.
Chamfer and wire brush components to remove swarf and burrs.
Complete work order documentation and maintain CNC program records.
Set up and operate automatic saw machines.
Perform additional production tasks to support smooth factory operations.
Required Qualifications
ITI Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in CNC machining.
Experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning Centers.
Knowledge of first-off inspection and tooling selection.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CNC programming and setup.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including Day Shift and Night Shift.
