🧾 Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Field Supervisor with experience in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) field operations to oversee cable laying, routing, troubleshooting, and civil coordination activities.

The candidate should be capable of handling field teams, safety compliance, and coordination with local authorities and infrastructure partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Supervise OFC laying and routing activities
Handle OFC troubleshooting and restoration works
Manage:
Materials
Vehicle MIS
Daily attendance sign-offs
Ensure 100% compliance with Airtel safety policies
Coordinate site restorations and drop cable / OTB changes
Liaise with local authorities for smooth project execution
Coordinate with infrastructure partners to safeguard cables
Maintain 12×7 operational support with labor and vehicle availability
Arrange and manage 4 civil laborers for field operations

🎓 Qualification
ITI / Diploma in:
Electronics
Civil
Related fields
💼 Experience
Minimum 6+ months of OFC field experience required
🌐 Language Requirement
