Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Craftsman with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should possess strong civil engineering knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to support construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects.
Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates using MS Excel and MS Word.
Support quantity estimation, material tracking, and project documentation.
Identify and report construction issues, recommending practical solutions.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
B.E. Civil Engineering
B.Tech Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
