Vayil Construction is seeking a talented and innovative Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative, efficient, and high-quality construction designs while ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. This role requires close collaboration with architects, civil engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 2D and 3D construction designs using AutoCAD, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction blueprints.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to refine and optimize project designs.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and provide technical support during project execution.
Review design outputs, identify improvements, and resolve design-related challenges.
Stay updated with the latest construction technologies, software, and industry best practices to enhance design efficiency.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in construction or architectural design.
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Lumion
Other relevant design software
Strong understanding of:
Structural Design Principles
Interior Design Concepts
Construction Drawings and Documentation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design tasks effectively.
