Job Summary

Vayil Construction is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to develop innovative, functional, and technically sound designs for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural and structural design, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D and 3D construction designs using AutoCAD, Lumion, and other design software.
Develop detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction blueprints.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to optimize project designs.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate design revisions based on client requirements and project feedback.
Support project planning by preparing design documentation and presentations.
Maintain design quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest construction technologies, design trends, and software advancements.
Assist in solving engineering and design challenges during project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in construction or building design.
