Job Overview
Hotel Chenthur Park is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and approach corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to generate new business.
– Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
– Promote the hotel’s facilities, accommodation, and services.
– Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and market trends.
– Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
– Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
– Represent the hotel at networking events and industry functions.
– Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track business development activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development; hospitality experience preferred.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
– Knowledge of local market trends.
– Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
