Preferred Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Revit throughout project phases.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers.
Update and maintain BIM models based on design changes.
Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation.
Perform BIM-related troubleshooting and resolve design/engineering issues.
Support project teams in meeting timelines and budgets.
Stay updated on BIM software and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of BIM Modeler experience with a strong project portfolio.
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM Modeling.
Good understanding of multidisciplinary construction/design coordination.
Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Landscape Design is advantageous.
Swimming Pool design experience is an additional advantage.
