Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit, Accounts & Taxation Manager to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit functions in a product manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP FI/CO, financial closing, internal controls, statutory audits, and direct & indirect taxation.

The role involves coordinating month-end and year-end financial closing, strengthening internal controls, managing statutory compliance, and liaising with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Align monthly account closing with year-end statutory audit requirements.
Prepare and finalize:
Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Account
Notes to Financial Statements
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Audit Management
Lead statutory and internal audit activities.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Resolve audit observations and ensure timely closure.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Internal Controls
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
Monitor controls across:
Finance
Warehouse Inventory
Procurement
Sales Pricing
Review transactions and reports through SAP.
Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
Taxation & Compliance
Manage Tax Audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with:
GST
TDS
Income Tax
Prepare and review:
GST Returns
TDS Returns
Support income tax assessments and statutory notices.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.
SAP & Reporting
Utilize SAP FI/CO for financial accounting and reporting.
Analyze financial information using SAP reports.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Support process improvements within SAP.
Educational Qualification
CA (Intermediate / Final)
or
CMA (Intermediate / Final)
Experience Required
Experience in Product Manufacturing Industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO environment.
Experience in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial reporting.
