🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RCM Operations Leader to drive and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations, including AR, Denial Management, Patient Collections, and Insurance Billing.

The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence, client relationships, and process improvements while building high-performing teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all RCM & Collections operations with continuous process improvements
Develop and execute operations strategy aligned with business goals
Handle onshore teams for patient collections and insurance billing
Perform operational due diligence for new clients
Manage project transitions and process migrations
Oversee AR & Denial Management (Voice & Non-Voice) functions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Drive client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Work on RFPs, SOPs, DOU’s, and business expansion initiatives
Analyze trends in coding, billing, AR, and collections
Assign and monitor tasks for billing teams to ensure efficiency
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management
Motivate and manage a high-performance operations team
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in end-to-end Healthcare RCM operations
Expertise in AR, Denials, Patient Collections, and Insurance Billing
Proven experience in project transition & process setup
Exposure to client relationship management
Strong knowledge of RCM workflows, payer processes, and compliance
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
