We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute compensation and benefits programs
Conduct salary benchmarking across different job families
Handle salary structures and compensation components, including minimum wages compliance
Perform data handling, reporting, and compensation analysis
Participate in compensation-related initiatives and services
Prepare compensation projections using advanced Excel/macros
Manage vendors and insurance providers effectively
Organize and coordinate employee wellness programs
Eligibility Criteria

✅ Total Experience: 8+ Years

✅ Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Compensation & Benefits

✅ Strong expertise in:

Compensation planning
Salary benchmarking
Data analysis
Vendor management

✅ Good knowledge of:

Minimum wages compliance
Insurance coordination
Compensation projections using macros

✅ Experience in a mid-sized organization preferred

Work Details

📍 Work Mode: Remote

📌 Candidates should be flexible to work from office for the initial 3 weeks for Knowledge Transfer (KT).
🏠 Accommodation will be provided during this period.

🕒 Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM (Split Shift)
