Job Summary — Architectural & Interior Design Draftsman

Zio Build is hiring an Architectural & Interior Joinery Draftsman for interior fitout and architectural drafting projects in Coimbatore.

This role combines architectural drafting with detailed joinery and furniture shop drawing preparation for residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural & Interior Drafting
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
Create 3D architectural/interior models using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and designers
Convert conceptual ideas into technical construction drawings
Joinery & Fitout Drafting
Produce detailed shop drawings for:
Kitchen cabinets
Wardrobes
Vanities
Reception desks
Wall paneling
Built-in furniture
Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual conditions
Coordinate with workshop and installation teams for execution accuracy
Required Skills
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Interior Design, or Drafting
1–3 years of drafting/joinery experience
Strong AutoCAD knowledge (mandatory)
Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, and Lumion knowledge preferred
Understanding of:
Construction detailing
Joinery fabrication
Interior fitout standards
Good communication and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
High-end residential/commercial fitout projects
Ability to manage multiple project phases
Practical understanding of onsite coordination

Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹1.2L – ₹4L per year
Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Architect
