🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsperson + SketchUp Modeler to support our design team in working drawings and 3D modelling for architecture and interior projects.

You will work closely with the Principal Architect, translating concepts into precise drawings and models.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and revise:
Plans, sections, elevations
Detailed working drawings
Create accurate 3D models using SketchUp
Follow layer standards and layout composition as per firm guidelines
Draft based on:
Marked drawings
Site inputs
Assist in translating design intent into execution-ready documentation
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD (mandatory)
SketchUp (mandatory)
Good understanding of:
Architectural & interior working drawings
Materials and execution details
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
👍 Preferred
Prior experience as an Architectural Draftsperson
🚫 Note

Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / 3ds Max is NOT required
