AR Caller – US Medical Billing / RCM
Role Overview

An experienced AR Caller is required to manage insurance follow-ups, resolve claim denials, and support the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Experience Required
1 to 3 years in:
AR Calling
Medical Billing
US Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims
Handle:
Denials
Rejections
Unpaid claims
Resolve billing issues for faster payment collection
Analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
Update claim status accurately in billing systems
Maintain documentation of calls and resolutions
Coordinate with billing teams for escalations
Achieve productivity and quality targets
Required Skills
Good understanding of:

Insurance claim processing
AR workflows
Strong English communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work night shifts (US shift)
