We Are Hiring – AR Caller (US Healthcare)

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–4 Years in AR Calling
Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Good knowledge of US Healthcare & Medical Billing
Hospital Billing experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), Denials, and Rejections through timely follow-up
Understand client SOPs, project requirements, and billing specifications
Perform pre-call analysis and verify insurance claim status through:
Insurance payer calls
Insurance web portals
Follow up on outstanding balances and take appropriate actions toward claim resolution
Update accurate documentation in client software systems
Resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints effectively during calls
Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills
