About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Healthcare RCM team as an AR Caller / Medical Billing Executive.

The role involves handling insurance follow-ups, claim resolution, denial management, and ensuring timely payment collection for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies (Payers) for pending claims follow-up
Review denied or underpaid claims and take corrective action (re-submission / appeals)
Understand EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and denial codes
Update billing systems with accurate notes and call outcomes
Work on aged AR reports to reduce outstanding balances
Coordinate with coding and billing teams for issue resolution
Meet productivity and quality targets
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient data confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)

✅ Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
(US accent preferred)

✅ Knowledge of US Healthcare RCM process:

Insurance
AR Calling
Denials
Medical Billing

✅ Ability to analyze claims and resolve issues effectively

✅ Good typing speed and MS Office knowledge

✅ Flexible to work in US Night Shifts

✅ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
