Job Opening: AR Caller / Medical Billing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an AR Caller / Medical Billing Executive to join our Healthcare RCM team. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to follow up on claims, manage denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies (payers) for pending claim follow-ups
Work on denied and underpaid claims (re-submission / appeals)
Interpret EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and denial codes
Update systems with accurate call notes and claim status
Work on aged AR (Accounts Receivable) reports to reduce outstanding balances
Coordinate with internal teams (coding & billing) for issue resolution
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity & quality targets
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (US accent preferred)
Basic understanding of US Healthcare RCM (AR, Billing, Denials, Insurance process)
Ability to analyze claims, EOBs, and denial reasons
Good typing speed and MS Office knowledge
Willingness to work in night shifts (US process)
Freshers or experienced candidates with AR/Healthcare background can apply
