Job Summary

Stylcove Modulars Private Limited is seeking a proactive and responsible Administrative Executive to manage daily administration, facility operations, vendor coordination, petty cash handling, canteen management, and labor accommodation activities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, operationally strong, and capable of handling on-ground administrative challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities
General Administration
Oversee daily office and site administration activities
Coordinate with:
Security teams
Housekeeping staff
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
Monitor attendance and performance of third-party staff
Manage stationery inventory and procurement
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain expense records
Labor & Accommodation Management
Supervise labor accommodation facilities
Address maintenance and utility-related issues promptly
Maintain records of contract labor and manpower attendance
Coordinate with contractors regarding staffing and compliance
Canteen Operations
Coordinate food arrangements with canteen vendors
Verify and process monthly canteen bills accurately
Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and supply requirements
Assist in contract renewals and documentation management
Support facility-related administrative operations
Additional Responsibilities
Support management in administrative and facility-related tasks
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Be available for urgent operational issues if required after office hours
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
1–2 years of experience in:
Administration
Facility management
Office operations
