Job Summary
Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Administrator to support daily administrative, accounting, procurement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and accounts management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic hospitality and wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Management
Maintain bookkeeping records and financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities.
Ensure accurate maintenance of financial documentation and records.
Administration & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the resort.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external agencies.
Maintain records and documentation required for audits and compliance activities.
Procurement & Inventory Management
Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
HR & Employee Administration
Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
Support employee onboarding and administrative processes.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate employee communication and administrative support activities.

Qualifications

Additional certifications in Accounting or Administration are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Administration and Accounts.
Experience in the Hospitality, Resort, Wellness, or Service Industry is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with resorts, hotels, wellness centers, or hospitality organizations.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and regulatory procedures.
Familiarity with inventory and procurement processes.
