🧾 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Academic Counselor with excellent communication and counseling skills. The ideal candidate will guide students in course selection, career planning, and admissions while ensuring a high-quality counseling experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Counsel walk-ins, enquiries, and leads about suitable courses and career paths
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
Maintain professional communication with students and parents
Handle:
Daily reports
CRM updates
Follow-up trackers
Explain course modules clearly and confidently
Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling
Achieve admission targets and maintain strong conversion ratios
Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and events
Create a supportive and positive environment for students
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as:
Academic Counselor
Student Counselor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in:
Lead conversion
Student handling
Basic understanding of IT courses (training will be provided if required)
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Organized, confident, and student-friendly approach
