💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on skills & experience)

🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Electronics Hardware Engineers to work on end-to-end product development—from circuit design to manufacturing support. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates interested in hardware + embedded systems.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Design analog and digital electronic circuits as per product requirements
Create schematics and PCB layouts (single to multi-layer)
Select components based on cost, availability, and reliability
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and design documentation
Develop and test prototype boards
Debug hardware using multimeter, CRO, logic analyzer
Support firmware integration with microcontrollers
Assist in pilot and mass production
Perform field failure analysis and implement design improvements
🛠️ Technical Skills Required
Strong knowledge of analog & digital electronics
Experience with PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / Eagle / Allegro / Pads)
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, STM32, ESP32, etc.)
Knowledge of power supply design (SMPS, Linear, DC-DC converters)
Experience with relay, MOSFET, TRIAC, optocoupler circuits
Understanding of EMI/ESD protection and grounding
Familiarity with Gerber files, Pick & Place, test points
🎓 Qualifications
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Embedded Systems
Freshers with strong practical knowledge are welcome
1–5 years experience preferred
🔬 Tools & Equipment Exposure
Multimeter, CRO, power supply
Soldering & rework tools
PCB assembly and testing
Basic knowledge of panel wiring and connectors (added advantage)
