Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and skilled in sales and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Generate leads and convert them into clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align business goals
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
