Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.

Manage quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.

Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or telecommunications industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical fiber cable production processes and technologies.
