Job Description

Looking for Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites.

Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure that work is performed according to plans and specifications.

Monitor progress and report on project status to the Project Manager.

Lead and manage on-site personnel, including laborers, subcontractors, and other team members.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications.

Inspect work regularly and implement corrective actions as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team and project management.

Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
