We’re Hiring – AR Caller / Senior AR Caller (Hospital Billing)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for skilled AR Callers / Senior AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Hospital Billing to manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely payment collections.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Follow up with hospitals and insurance companies on outstanding payments
Handle claim denials and resolve billing discrepancies
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice submission and processing
Provide regular AR updates and escalate critical issues (Senior role)
✅ Requirements
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of US healthcare hospital billing processes
Experience in handling claim denials and AR follow-ups
Prior experience in AR operations (healthcare domain preferred)
