Assistant Manager β Administration

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager β Admin to manage daily office operations and support business functions.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide support to management, executives, and department heads
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations and workspace organization
Manage daily delivery coordination
Supervise admin staff and provide guidance
Communication
Act as a link between departments
Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
Draft reports and documents
Record Keeping & Finance Support
Maintain employee, vendor, and contract records
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Facility Management
Ensure maintenance, safety, and security of office premises
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
HR Support
Assist in onboarding/offboarding
Support employee training and orientation
Project & Vendor Management
Support admin projects (relocation, process improvement)
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Travel Management
Handle travel bookings and visa processing
Policy & Compliance
Implement company policies and ensure compliance
πΉ Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in administration / office management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office tools
Leadership skills (for team handling)
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
