Position: Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)
Domain: Semiconductor / VLSI hiring

👉 You are NOT designing chips
👉 You are hiring engineers who design chips

🧠 What You’ll Do
Handle end-to-end recruitment
Hire engineers for:
RTL Design
Verification
Physical Design
DFT
Analog / Mixed Signal
Use:
Naukri / LinkedIn sourcing
Boolean search
Headhunting

👉 Basically:

You find and hire top VLSI engineers

🎯 Experience Required
4 – 10 years
Must have:
Semiconductor recruitment experience (mandatory)

❌ Not for:

Freshers
Non-recruitment background
Mechanical / ITI candidates
🎓 Qualification
Any degree
MBA HR → preferred

👉 Engineering background = bonus (not compulsory)

💰 Salary Expectation (Real Market)

For this role in India:

4–6 yrs → ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA
6–10 yrs → ₹10 LPA – ₹18 LPA
