🔧 Role: VMC Programmer (Core Technical Role)
What they expect you to actually do:
Write G-code programs from scratch (not just editing)
Plan machining sequence (tool selection, speeds, feeds)
Optimize cycle time & productivity
Read drawings + apply GD&T basics
Support production team when issues happen

👉 This is engineering-level CNC work, not operator work.

🎓 Eligibility (Strict)
Mechanical background (Diploma / BE)
Minimum 3 years REAL VMC programming experience

👉 “Programming” means:

You created programs yourself
Not just pressing cycle start
💰 Salary Reality
₹22K – ₹38K/month
Real breakdown:
₹20–25K → beginner programmer
₹25–32K → average
₹32–38K → strong programmer (target this)

👉 If you’re skilled, don’t settle below ₹30K
