🔧 Role: VMC Programmer
What you’ll do:
Write and edit CNC programs (G-code)
Plan machining operations
Optimize cycle time & tooling
Support production with technical decisions

👉 This is brain + machine work, not just operation.

🎓 Eligibility
Mechanical background (BE / Diploma preferred)
Minimum 3 years VMC programming experience

👉 Important:
This is NOT for operators who only load/unload parts

💰 Salary
₹22,000 – ₹38,000/month

👉 Good range—but:

₹22K = basic programmer
₹35K–38K = strong programmer (you should aim here)
📍 Likely Location
Based on your previous jobs, most similar roles are in Coimbatore
