Trelleborg India Private Limited (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) is looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join its Production team and contribute to precision manufacturing.

Job Overview:

Responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision sealing components as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Operations & Setup

Set up and operate CNC turning machines
Select appropriate tools, inserts, and parameters

Quality Control & Inspection

Ensure components meet required quality standards
Perform inspections as per control plans

Production Support

Support machining of metal and polymer components
Follow engineering drawings and work instructions

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Education & Experience:
🎓 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
🛠️ 1 – 3 years of experience in CNC turning operations
Experience in machining metal or polymer materials
Ability to read engineering drawings and control plans
Language: Fluent in Kannada & English
