We are looking for a skilled and motivated Watch Technician to join our after-sales service team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for watches and clocks, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Job Details:
Function: After-Sales Service – Watch Repair
Role: Watch Technician / Senior Watch Technician
Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in repairing electronic/mechanical products
Key Responsibilities:
After-Sales Technical Support
Diagnose defects in customer watches and perform repairs as per standard procedures
Ensure timely service delivery as committed to customers
Record all repair details accurately in service documentation
Provide feedback on product quality issues
Customer Interaction
Explain technical issues and repairs to customers clearly
Handle service transactions professionally and efficiently
Service Centre Operations
Maintain tools, equipment, and consumables in the service center
Ensure adherence to repair quality standards
Requirements:
Education:
10th Pass / ITI / PUC / Degree
Skills & Competencies:
Basic technical knowledge and repair skills
Good communication and listening skills
Punctuality and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
Performance Metrics:
Number of watches repaired per day (productivity)
Quality of repairs (low repeat failures)
Customer satisfaction and NPS improvement
Product quality feedback contributions
Role Objective:
To deliver quick, high-quality service support and enhance overall customer satisfaction at the service center.
