Business Development Executive – Dental (Aligner Segment)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our dentist network and drive growth in the region. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, client interaction, and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinic visits and outreach to generate new leads and onboard dentists
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure case retention
Support clinics with case initiation, including coordinating intraoral scans when required
Follow up with dentists for treatment plan approvals and ensure smooth case progress
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Orthodontists, Production, Accounts) for seamless execution
Participate in events, expos, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility
Provide market insights on competitor activity and regional trends
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Requirements & Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and nurture leads effectively
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned region
Basic knowledge of dental/orthodontic products is an added advantage
Prior experience in aligner, dental, or pharma industry preferred
Dentists are highly preferred for this role
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 per month
