Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, recruit and manage a sales team, and develop strong customer relationships. Candidates with experience in BFSI or insurance sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.

Lead and motivate team members to meet annual sales targets.

Meet customers in the field to understand their requirements and promote suitable products or services.

Identify business opportunities and support customer acquisition.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor team performance and ensure systematic achievement of assigned targets.

Provide guidance and support to team members to improve sales performance.

Maintain relevant sales records and documentation.

Contribute to business growth through effective team management and field sales activities.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

2–8 years of experience in field sales in any industry.

BFSI or insurance sales experience is preferred.

Good career stability is required.

Candidates must have all educational certificates and employment experience documents in place.
