Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, recruit and manage a team, and develop customer relationships through field sales activities. Candidates with experience in BFSI or insurance sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales.

Recruit, train, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.

Lead and motivate team members to meet annual sales targets.

Meet customers in the field to understand their requirements and promote products or services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Support team members in sales activities and business development initiatives.

Maintain sales reports and relevant documentation.

Contribute to business growth through effective planning and execution.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

2–8 years of experience in field sales in any industry.

BFSI or insurance sales experience is preferred.

Good career stability is required.

Candidates must possess valid educational and employment experience documents.
