Job Summary
Leoda Creatives is seeking an experienced Operations & Marketing Manager to lead business strategy, operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, and client acquisition for its creative agency. The company provides branding, digital and traditional promotions, UI/UX design, website development, SEO, and 3D visualization services for architecture and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and optimize team productivity and operational performance.
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive client growth.
– Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
– Build systematic workflows to improve efficiency and scale operations.
